What Does this ultrasound Result Mean?

Hi, I had a 5.4 mm obstructive calculus in my right side kidney (not inside the kidney,but in ureter) Doctor suggested me to take Urimax, Ultracet, and within 24 hourse the stone was released. After 8 months, i have now a non-obstructive calculus in my right side kidney(exaxtly inside the kidney) My question is can i now continue that medicine again (Urimax and ultracet)? Or Obstructive and non-obstructive calculus has different medicine?

hi...
stone medicine which u take prior was kind of pain killer nd ureteric relaxant...which helped u easily passing stone..which was already descending...
for ur recent stone which is inside kidney first we have to see is where in kidney...in upper middle or lower part... more chance of middle part stone least chance for lower part stone to excrete....
nd to remove stone first u have to drink plenty of water to flush stone out of kidney ...

but remember all the time u may not be lucky to pass the stone in urine..
usually 6-8 mm stone passes in urine... more the size..less the chance...

take plenty of water... consult ur dr for medicines...nd hope for the best
